My Nest Thermostat just stopped working. It keeps turning the temperature up really high. I could change it on the app but once I rebooted it is not longer connecting. I can press it in and do a reset but I have no other functionality. The dial doesn't rotate to be able to select any of the commands. I cannot do it via wifi and app because reset caused it to lose connectivity to my wifi/internet. I also completely charged the unit.
