Confirmed our access settings allow access through WiFi, Bluetooth and cell service.
This is a problem that has gotten worse over time. Before Google take over, it was never an issue. Now Nest very rarely knows when we return. It always knows when we leave and switches to “Away”. We must manually switch back to “Home” when we return.
Several times a week Nest will switch to “Away” while we are home, including while we are sleeping.
