My nest heat link has stopped working completely. There are no leds on the front. I have verified power is being supplied and it should work. I’ve run through the prescribed checks (button pressing etc).. it is completely faulty. Also a heating engineer friend has confirmed. I understand many others are having these heat link units fail/die also. It sounds like there might be an inherent reliability problem? Mine is just over 2 years old (just finish the warranty period!). Failure of this unit renders the system useless. Clearly I do not want to buy another full Nest system (£).. if I am forced down that road I’d replace with Hive to avoid another similar failure in another 2 years. I just need a replacement Heat Link. Could Nest / Google please tell me how to do this??
