I've been on vacation for a week and my thread got locked. My apologies. Nest and HVAC have been working for several years.
Original question as follows:
Nest now shows error code "no power to Rh wire". HVAC professional says thermostat is dead. He confirmed that there is 24 VAC present on Rh wire. Any suggestion? I saw a thread similar about a year ago, but no resolution.
If I buy a new version Nest, do I get instructions on how to go from a 6-wire config to 5-wires?
