My nest heatlink has suddenly stopped working today with no power reaching the unit.
I have 2 zones, with one heatlink still working with green light and the other no lights or power. I have tried turning the power on and off but still only one heatlink unit has power. The boiler has power to it as does the working heatlink.
These were installed approx May/June 2020 and the working one was replaced, as faulty, in November 2020.
Please can you advise the best way to resolve and replace the non-working heatlink?
Thanks

Hi Google,
I also have had failure of my Heatlink unit last night. Left with no heating, luckily not in middle of winter. Please can you advise on how to get replacement under warranty. Was bought May 2020 and been working perfectly until now.
Verified not the boiler as 240v being supplied to Heatlink but it is not powering on.
Please let me know how best to proceed.
Cheers
John

Hi We have experienced the same issue today - heat link won't connect and appears to have no power with no lights on. Heating now won't come on.
We have tried re-setting nest and the boiler but it still won't work
Can someone advise?
Thanks
Jessie

I contacted support and via an online chat they confirmed I required a new heatlink. They then called to organise delivery details for the replacement.
I started by contacting https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en
Hope you get it sorted quickly.

Hi Jessie
I finally got through to Google Nest support via the link below (took about 40mins), and they are now sending me a replacement unit under warranty;
Good luck.

Also, I ended up connecting my old thermostat back on temporarily in order to ensure we had heating. You might need a heating engineer to do that for you safely, but for me it was only 4 wires (I did the original install and luckily still had pictures of the old connections)
