Nest home app not showing any of my 6 devices

Up until last night all was fine. Last night none of my 6 nest devices (thermostats (2), Protect (3) and door bell didn't sow on my app.  reinstalled the app and still no devices. Tried to add a thermostat, but the app asks for a code that is supposed to be given by the device but none is given. Need help!

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

 

A few questions to get a better look of what's happening - did you change your password previously? Have you changed any settings on your WiFi router? Were you able to control or change the temperature from the Nest Thermostat?

 

Also, you could try to restart your thermostat and check if it's going to be online. If it's still looking for a code, check out this link for the complete guide on how to retrieve the code.
