Wiring my Nest, Heat Pump

Can someone point me in the right direction?  I have a heat pump system.  My heat is fueled by propane. I am posting pics of my existing wiring. Is the diagram correct and where does the blue wire go?existingexistingis this correct and blue goes to "C"?is this correct and blue goes to "C"?

Your current thermostat is compatible with the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat.

I would suggest wiring it like this.

 

Blue - C to C

Orange - O to O/B

White - W/E to W2 - jumper to W2 not needed

Red - R to Rc

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1
