Nest is sending security code on app to old email address, how do I change it to a new email address also when I go in to the nest app on the actual thermostat it says it already has an account. Help!!!!

Hey DermotD,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response.
You first need to reset the account connection settings of your Nest thermostat so that it would be disassociated with your old Nest account. Once done, you should have the option to proceed with the setup to your new email account. Check this link for the steps: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
