On 2 out of 3 Nest learing thermostats, 2 out of three show incorrect outside temp by 10 degrees higher. I have gone to the thermostat to check location, but there is no location setting since it is connected to the app. I have checked all setting on the app in IOS and Androis and web browser. Location and zip are all correct. All are connect to the same wifi inside the same house. Info on all 3 is as follows. I hope someone from Google can help.
Thank you.

On my Nest, the display shows incorrect outside temp. How I wish it were 59 in my zip code, but it's ############ at best. how can this be fixed? My zip is correct...even chose another near, but no effect. Thanks,

I have 2 Nest thermostats. One in IL and one in TX. The IL is showing the current temp in Tx. Need to get answers on how to fix this. (IL thermostat has the correct IL zip code entered during the set up)

Follow up: I just finished support with their chat. She sent me a link so she can see my thermostat setup. Said I should have used a different email for my 2nd nest thermostat, then add it to my app. She sent me some files on how to remove what I did and re-add to my app. I’ll add a screen shot of the file names and you can search for them.
this should help anyone with the same issue I am having. 2 thermostats in 2 different locations, and one app to manage both
