I've seen a lot of people with this issue. My problem is when I go into the Nest/Google app and click Settings - Thermostat there is no option to switch O & B setting.Any suggestions?

Installation Orientation

Can the Nest Thermostat base be installed horizontally? I know it kind of defeats the purpose of the leveling bubble, but it would be nice to get one of the screws into solid wood (a stud). Thanks in advance.
