1. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
2. Who installed the Nest Thermostat?
3. Did you try using the Help Center or troubleshooter before contacting support? If so, which steps have you tried already?
4. Can you help me with a photo of how you connected the thermostat wires to the Nest Thermostat base?
5. What is the make and model of your HVAC system?
6. Did you  turn off the power to your HVAC system?
   • Are the breakers turned on?
   • Did you recently experience a brownout or blackout?
   • Did you have any construction or maintenance work done on your home?
7. Do you see any message or code on your thermostat?
