Nest learning thermostat low battery needs to shutdown to recharge. C WIRE connected and has power.

My thermostat has been working great for a couple years now.  It just started having a low battery signal and shuts down to recharge. This does not charge battery.  Do i need to replace it?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Do you have more than one thermostat? Is there a wiring report or error message on your thermostat and/or app? Also, do you see a blinking LED light? If so, is it red or green?
