Nest : please attach to base

nest was working fine for a year - went out of town for a couple weeks and it went into ECO mode.  when i returned, the AC was no longer an option.  eventually the unit would not keep power after a couple days.  

i recharged it with usb and now it won't connect to the base.

nothing was changed when i left, and it was obviously charging when i was away, but when i got back and tried to fix the AC, it stopped charging too.  now it only connects to the app, but not to the base.

Hey schneids,

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? When did you install the thermostat? Also, try reseating the wires to see if that helps.
