Nest learning thermostat wiring issue

I have been unable to get this thermostat to reliably run our Trane XV95 heating/cooling system. We originally had a Trane thermo stat (model ) with the wiring format listed below.  I have also included the wiring per the nest app that i have followed. The system does kick the compressor on but the compressor disengaged after 15-30 seconds before attempting to re-engage (does this in a loop). Thoughts? Thank you!

Take the wire you have connected O/B and move it to C on your nest.
