The thermostat is showing that it’s on eco and well above the temperature set. Eco is 15, temperature at 23. For the last two days the boiler has been continually firing. I’ve deleted the thermostat and reset at factory settings. Still the same. The only way of stopping the boiler firing is to switch the heating off at the mains. Help would be appreciated.

Hey there Rory Cleary,

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand that thermostat issues can be confusing, but I'm happy to look into how we can help.

First off, would you mind letting me know what troubleshooting steps you have taken?

I was able to find this article about Eco Mode that may help you to be able to figure the issue out. I would suggest reviewing that and trying to switch Eco Mode off or changing the settings you have, to see if that works.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
