One of our nest thermostats is not connected to our WiFi. This happened about 4 days ago. I have tried all the suggestions, reset the thermostat, reset the WiFi, manually try to connect, checks battery, checked ping strength, and anything else suggested, but it is not connecting nor is it finding our WiFi. Help please. We have a google WiFi and many google and nest products in it with no problems, so I don’t understand why this thermostat is having one. I don’t know our platform

I’ve had this problem before and what I did was take the face of the nest off the wall and find a mini usb to connect to the back. Plug it in for 15 mins or so and then return it to the base. Do another reset and see what happens.
