Nest learning thermostat

I have tried with the Nest app and received no solution to my problem of my thermostat connecting to wifi after trying everything the tech had me try.

I do not have an error code. My thermostat is not connected to the network or my wifi. I worked with a technician one day and there was no solution. I felt like I was left hanging. Thank you for your help.
