Nest looks ok, but not heating

Our nest is showing a normal screen like it’s working but the central heating is not coming on.  Earlier today our plumber nicked a whole in a pipe so we had to shut the boiler and water off, but that was fixed, and shouldn’t have impacted the nest, the system has been otherwise working as normal, any thoughts? 

we have done a restart in the Heat link and a restart on the nest thermostat, and reset the WiFi, nothing changed

Do you have any lights on the Heat Link if so what colour is it now? How did you restart the Heat Link and  how did you restart the display? More important, why did you restart both, what made you do that? Obvioulsy you thought the system wasn't working, but what colour light on the Heat Link before the restart?

The wifi is nothing to do with the operation of the boiler, so forget that for now.
