Nest not compatible?

I was really excited about getting my Nest Thermostat. Is mine truly not compatible? Ironically the original compatibility test said the Nest would work with my system, only during ‘set up’ and after I removed the product from the box did it say it was incompatible.

Your original thermostat is compatible with the Google Nest Thermostat (2020)

Try this wiring.

White - W to W

Blue - W2 to */OB 

Red - Rh to R (jumper to RC not needed)

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y

When the Google Home app asks you which wires you have, select these.

W/W1, Y/Y1, G/G1, R, and W2
