Just installed a 3rd gen Nest thermostat and heat link. All wired up correctly and heating works fine when controlled be the thermostat but the hot water is constantly on but the thermostat says the hot water is off. Could anyone please help?
it’s a system boiler feeding a mega flow cylinder with heat & HW valves and a cylinder stay.
This might be because of the Bacteria Prevention feature. It's on by default and when you first install the thermostat it will heat your hot water. If you're still experiencing the same issue, let me know.
