Nest not following schedule

My nest won't follow my schedule.  I have Home/Away off, Eco off, and Auto-Schedule off. I've deleted and created the schedule.  What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Also, how did you recreate your thermostat schedule? Could you please try it again directly on your thermostat device and not on the app? 

You can follow these guide:

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu. 
2. Go to Settings.
3. Turn the ring and go to Reset.
4. Choose Schedule > Clear schedule.
5. Once your thermostat is back, create your schedule.
6. Monitor if the issue persists.
