Connect new iPhone

I purchased a new phone and cannot seem to get it to connect to my Nest Thermostat. Right now, I am trying to find a way to reset my password because I cannot get it to reset.

Hello Patrick36,

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, do you have the Nest Thermostat that has a touch panel on the right side? In case you do, you need to download the Google Home app to your new iPhone and sign in your same email address. You don't have to reset your Nest Thermostat because it is linked to your account and not to your devices. For resetting your password you need to hit the Forgot password option and follow the prompts to proceed. Let us know how it goes.
