I migrated my Nest pro thermostat to google home. A big mistake! II no longer have the thermostats on my app. When I go to add them, I scan the QR code and am asked for the 6 digit key. There is none. I go to the thermostat, go to setting, nest app and it says it is already connected. BUT I have no thermostats showing on my app. It say to add product. I add product, scan code, attach to base and get the message “this thermostat is connected to an account”. On my phone I touch “Already installed” and it asks for the six digit code. There is no six didn’t come, it says already connected. And round and round I go. HOW can I add my thermostats to the app. I have restarted everything.

Hello Dbone,
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're having accessing your Nest thermostat to the Nest App. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.
It appears that your Nest thermostats are still connected to the email account that you used for the set up, and there's no need for you to add them back to the Nest app. Have you tried checking if there are other home structures where your thermostats might be connected? If you haven't yet, let's try the steps in this guide.
Let me know if that helps.
Best regards,
Mark

I'm checking back in. Were you able to do the steps above? I'd be glad to hear from you — I'd like to make sure everything is working.
Best regards,
