Ive had this thermostat for 4 months, it has never lasted more than 4/5 days without disconnecting from the wifi.
My wifi is solid, stable and the only device that wont stay connected is the thermostat.
Sometimes a restart works, others it needs a full removal of both it and the app.
Are these products all this unreliable, is there a way to consistently have it function correctly?
Im considering just returning it.

Hi PH74,
Thanks for posting ― let's get this sorted out.
A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
Best,
Mel

I have the base Nest Thermostat in Snow.
I have done restarts, factory resets, deleted and reinstalled the app and device and been through these steps on the phone with Nest support.
Once all working, maximum five days later it disconnects from my wifi.
i have no issues at all with the wifi or any other device connected to it.

It still disconnects regularly. An internet search shows its a common issue with these so Im going to replace it with a more reliable brand as these arent up to the job.
