So I noticed a while back my nest schedule will sometimes change the program temperature by half a degree Celsius
For example I changed my schedule to heat at 21.5 today and about an hour later I checked the schedule again and I have been modified to 22°
It's done this randomly for a few months
Sometimes down 0.5 or up 0.5
I removed everything and set it again and it happenes again a while later
No device in my household is doing this and the increment is always the same
Anyone else?

Hello fidorulz,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.
The temperature displayed in the app and on your Nest Thermostat is rounded to the nearest 0.5°C. The unrounded temperature is used by your thermostat to decide when to switch on your system. Hence, before your system kicks on, the temperature you see on your thermostat or in the app may shift by a few degrees.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions in mind.
Regards,
Mark

I don't understand what you mean.
If I set my thermostat to 21.5 every 5pm on the schedule in the app or on the website why would it change by itself to 21 or 22 on the schedule without human input?
Why would the system have to change what the user selected?

Hi fidorulz,
I know it's been a while, and I’m sorry to hear about the situation.
Have you tried to sort things out on your end? If not, I have a few questions for you: What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? And was there a certain set of schedules that your Nest Thermostat was following?
I'll look forward to your response.
Thanks for your help, Mark.
Best,
Zoe
