Hi all,
I have an ATAG i40S system boiler which has been working fine with a 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat for the past 12 months. The property is only used for 3 months at a time and, as far as I can gather, Nest has stopped interfacing with the boiler following a service a few months back.
Whether I use the Nest app or the "override" button on the Heat Link, there is no activity on the boiler. I've tried virtually every combination of settings on the i40S but to no avail.
I expect I'm either missing something very simple or perhaps there is a physical issue/fault with the Heat Link and/or the boiler connection (I've checked the wiring between both and all is secure).
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hiya!
Is it possible the service could have affected it? Did they do anything during the service that they have to change?
It may be worth completely setting up the thermostat again to see if the issue still lies. If the device is still in warranty and its faulty after trying recommended fixes in this link: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and connection issues for Nest products - Google Nest Help. Then you should be able to get a replacement device from Google to see if that fixes the issue.
Also, it may be worth contacting the boiler company that your boiler is by to see if any additional fixes are. I'll look into further resources.
Hope this helps 🙂
