Hi, seems I have a heatlink that has died. I have have a 2 zone system each with a nest thermostat. This evening my upstairs thermostat said it needed to shut down as its internal battery is almost dead. I thought that was strange so checked the heat link and can see no power light is on at all (the other heat link for downstairs is fine and green). The thermostat is now off and flashing a red light at the top, is it safe to say I need a new heat link or is there anything I can try?
thanks
Andy

I have the same problem as Andy5.
My "heatlink S/N 09" is dead. No lights. I have checked the input voltage and it is Ok (220 V).
No circuit breaker problem. I tried the restart procedure ... no light.
And my device is no longer under warranty since September 2021 .... no luck ...
Can you tell me how it is possible to have one as a replacement? Sorry for the mistakes (I'm French).
