Nest thermostat 6.2.27 will not connect to Wifi

My nest will not connect to wifi. I have tried everything and have not gotten a response. Ive even reached out on twitter. This nest cost me more money due to not being able to set up schedules and it always defaults to auto learn schedules…. Please help! How can i get this thing connected to my home wifi.
