I was asked to share a picture to see if it’s Compatible

Only
*w
*R
are connected

Don’t have an R option only RC and RH available so which one of these two should I put R in ???

The terminal for the R wire will depend on which Nest thermostat you have. If there is an RH, it will go there. If there is only an R it will go there.
W will go to W or W1 depending on model.
Also, be aware, in some cases a C common wire is needed.

Hi Hellokidd1122,
Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
Have you tried to check the wires from the terminal and look for a C (common) wire if it's available or not.
Let us know by replying to this thread.
Best regards,
Ryan

Hey there,
I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Do you happen to know if the B wire connected to your device is actually a C wire? You can use the link here if you are unsure. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
Best regards,
Jake
