Nest thermostat E Controlling fan speed

RetMilOfcrFL

When cooling and compressor/condenser is running, A/C air handler runs at high speed.
That can be chilly at times.
With the Airwave Assist on, I notice that the fan runs on a slower speed for maybe ten seconds.
Is it possible to set the system via the NEST to run the fun at low speed while it is cooling?
I realize that may take longer to reach the temperature set, but that would be more comfortable.
Since the NEST can control the fan separately, and run it at low speed, is it possible to program it to always run at a slow speed?
