I tried to install Nest thermostat and I got an error code: E298 and a low power error asking to install nest power connector, which also gave me a link to order it for free.
but after contacting customer support through phone call, it was determined the thermostat might be defective.
The call went on for like an hour to troubleshoot and replace my existing one. the customer support person was too rude and didnt even listen to my concerns. I wish I would return this for refund and never use google products.
