Nest thermostat Gen3 (does not have RC input) compatibility to control my heat & A/C

I have a boiler for baseboard heat & forced air A/C (completely separate systems). Right now 6 wires are going to the old thermostat : R, RC, W, Y, G, C.  There is no RC on the Nest Gen 3.  Is the Nest Gen3 compatible? If so, what do I do with the RC wire for the AC unit? Thanks

Hey box986,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Do you mind me asking if you have a jumper wire connected to your old thermostat? Are you able to provide a picture of your current wire setup? I also found an article with more details on compatibility. Please let me know if that helps, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Best regards,
Jake
