Try to go on my phone the nest app it says that my nest thermostat is off-line I had someone go to the house at six and it’s connected to the Wi-Fi

please check first if you have the latest app version on your phone.
Next, try to reconnect the Nest Thermostat to your home network.
If your thermostat is already connected correctly, a restart of the router may also help.
If this doesn't work either, please check out the help page on Google Support.
