Nest app

My best app shows offline until I’m in the house with the thermostat close by. Once I leave the house the app goes offline.

Few questions to further isolate the issue:

• Which Nest Thermostat are you using?
• Is it connected to your WiFi? Check your WiFi network. It's possible that it is not connected all the time.
• Are you using Google Home app and Nest app on your phone?
