Hi
Our Nest thermostat was working fine for the last 1.5 years. Suddenly, it started to connect to WiFi.
we couldn’t access the nest app from phone for the last 2 months.
we tried resetting multiple times. But, still having the same issue. Couldn’t do software update also.
pls advise on this.
