Nest thermostat apps

I am trying to set up my nest to synch to the app, it is staying offline, however I have reactive my account still showing offline.

Hey Rwil,

 

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

 

Are you still unable to see your thermostat in the app? Let's try the following:

  • Check your thermostat WiFi connectivity in the settings. 
  • Have you tried adding it to your account? Check out this link to know more.
  • Restart your Nest Thermostat and your WiFi router.
  • Are you using the Nest app or Google Home app?
