Nest thermostat blank screen and green flashing light

Hi 

my nest thermostats has been off line for 48 hrs  and I can’t get it re connected . The face is blank with a green flashing light . I have unplugged it from the wall and nothing is changing . Please can someone help . I can’t seen any feature details to re set it

The light is amber

It just flashes green

I have exactly the same issue. Nothing has changed or been touched and all of sudden it doesn’t work. Just the green light and not changing via USB or the wall. Everything else from the boiler to the connector is fine.

Try logging out of your account , changing your password and logging back in . I did this and mine has come back on 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
