Nest thermostat bluetooth

I can't get my Nest to connect to the app. I don't have a "nest" option in my bluetooth settings. I've tried shutting bluetooth off and back on again and even tried rebooting my phone. Nothing works!

I contacted tech support and they solved the issue. I had to enter the code instead of using the QR.
