Nest thermostat can’t find any Wi-Fi network. Was find up until 2 weeks ago.

How do I go about getting a replacement. The people who i stalled it also couldn’t get it to work either.

Sometimes the energy of the battery causes this disconnection. Let me ask if you see a notification on your thermostat, like an error message? Do you have a "C" wire connected to your base?
