With that thermostat the blue B wire would be a C for Nest.
The black W2/X2 would be an E wire in most cases - used for emergency heat. Best to find the wire at your air handler and see what it is connected to. Most times it goes to the same place as the white wire - if so you can tape it off and not use it at the thermostat end.

Your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat.
Try this wiring
Red - R to Rc
Black - W2/X1 to W2
White - W1 to W1
Yellow - Y to Y1
Green - G to G
Orange - O to OB
Blue - B to C
It looks like you have a 2-stage heat system. This can be verified by the lack of an Emergency Heat switch on the front of the thermostat. If there is one, then you will want to install the Black W2/X1 wire into the * terminal
