Nest thermostat compatibility

 is this nest compatible? I don’t think so. Labels are 1,2,3 if you can’t see em.

Based on the labels of your current thermostat's terminal blocks, you have a Proprietary system. These systems aren’t compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some of them can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
