Nest thermostat compatibility

Hi I am having issues with figuring out how to upload a photo to determine compatibility? I have an account and it is set up. There is no confirmation email but I am logged into the account. It just keeps saying I do not have permission to upload images. 

 

My current thermostat has Rc, W1, Y, G and B wires in place if that is at all helpful. Remainder of labels are Y2, W2, S1, S2, R which do not have wires in place

  1. Reply to this post.
  2. Ensure that you are logged in on your community profile.
  3. Click Insert Image. (camera icon)
  4. Choose an image source location.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Also, tell us the make and model of your HVAC system, and which type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
