Nest thermostat compatible?

I got a honeywell thermostat that I want to change over to the nest was wondering if it would be compatible or not. If I have to have the learning thermostat or not thanks

Nest learning is needed for multiple stages of cool or heat. Looking at your W slot looks like you have 2 wires into it. You might have 2 stages of heat but running as a single stage nest learning would work better since you can separate those wires into 2 stages of heat. Good luck.

@Timelierruby, thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Since you have two wires connected to your current thermostat's W2 AUX/E terminal, please help us with an image of your HVAC control board so we can identify which wire is your auxiliary heat or emergency heat.
