Nest thermostat delay

I have a new nest thermostat and it is not cooling…actually it’s running on heat continuously at about 91 degrees.  I have it on cool but it’s not budging.  It says Delay and 2+ hours. What does that mean?  I can’t figure out how to change it.  Tried shutting on and off as well.

Let's see what's going on. A few questions: what type of Nest thermostat do you have? What's the make and model of your HVAC system? How many wires are there? How are they labelled? How are they labelled? Is the display seated? (Is it properly clicked into the base?) Also, what country are you located in?
