I got two nest thermostats a few days ago. No problems setting up or anything. But twice now in three days after about 12 to 24 hours they both just disappear off my Nest app and can’t be found anywhere anymore. But on the thermostat it says, “ the thermostat is connected to an account“
The first time it happened I just reset everything and started over from scratch. But now that it has happened again, I’m not doing that every single time. Please help with a better solution to prevent this problem from happening anymore.

Sorry for the late reply. I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Do you mind me asking which type of Nest Thermostat you own? Have tried migrating your account to the Google Home app? If you have a newer model, you may need to setup the device in the Google Home app to view. Please let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.
