Can someone please give me the email address to contact the thermostat team, i have a brand new nest thermostat that doesn't turn on! i tried all the troubleshooting, so frustrating as i have a new baby in the house and trying to keep temperature safe for him at all times. I try calling but i'm on hold 60+ minutes with no answer.
