Hi,
I fear I'm experiencing a problem I've seen mentioned multiple times on this forum.
My Thermostat, out of the blue, lost WiFi connectivity. None of my other devices did.
I tried:
* Resetting my router (although none of the other devices had any issues, but just in case).
* Resetting my thermostat (annoying, but ok).
* Charging the thermostat through a USB cable in case the battery had issues
Nothing works. For some reason I can't see ANY WiFi networks, although I'm in the middle of a city and there are multiple networks all around me. Even tried connecting to a hotspot on my phone, just to see if I could connect that way. Nothing. From what I can see elsewhere, the only thing that fixed it for other people was to get a new unit.
So basically my question is, how do I start this process of replacement? Or is there a fix out already?
Kind regards,
Wouter

If only the "help" worked. Spend an hour trying to troubleshoot just to get it to somehow work for 3 minutes and then it loses connection again.

Same issue here. Can connect via Hotspot, but it fails to connect to the internet at all on my wifi. Everything else works fine. I am beginning to think Google devices in general are just defective. This happens at least once a week on my devices, but usually they can be fixed by restarting. The thermostat is completely unable to be fixed, though. So much for "smart" thermostat.
