I have 2 nest thermostats and they both lose connectivity but the upstairs one loses it nearly daily and fixes itself. The error message I get is the h71 error.
holding in the device to restart normally fixes it.

the heatsink is in the utility room downstairs probably 8m away. I don’t have any issues with WiFi on other devices.
