Nest thermostat how to change cooling temperature to go lower it’s stuck on 78

How do we change the nest thermostat temperature to go lower the AC for some reason is stuck on 78° and I cannot get it to go down lower

Is it possible that you have Eco mode turned on?  That could explain the problem.  If so, turn Eco off to get the Nest to follow your schedule.  (Or you could lower the Eco temperature setting.)
