Nest thermostat is always offline

I cant adjust the thermostat until I get home. It usually works when I get home but what is the purpose if I am home. I can go to the thermostat and make the changes.  All of my other stuff works, my door bell and camera. 

Please help with a solution to keep the thermostat online

They told me that the Nest is not supported by a 5G network so I switched to make sure it wasn't 5G and I still have the same problem as you.
